Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next few months, we would have harvested maize which means I wouldn't spend much on buying food for the family. I will start saving part of my transfers so that I would spend on buying building materials for constructing a better house. We are currently living in an old house which is not secure for us as it is almost collapsing. I believe once I get to harvest maize I would achieve this goal of building a house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
In the last four months, I have been able to spend part of this money on buying food for the family. I have seen the health of my family members improved as we are able to buy food which we couldn't afford to buy food whenever I couldn't have a get a casual job to do to earn money for buying food. This has brought me happiness since we do not go to bed hungry as it uses to be before.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I would have constructed a house and my children will have a secure and a good place to live. This would be the biggest change in my life as I have been yearning to build a house without success due to lack of finances.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different in that I can now afford most of the basic needs. Gone are the days when we could sleep hungry or go begging from other households to be able to put food on the table for the family. I plan to sustain this by continuously practicing improved farming practices to be able to have enough food for family consumption whole year round as we sell the excess to meet other family expenses.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I plan to buy a dairy cow that will help in feeding my family and selling the surplus to meet other basic household need. This, I plan to do by using the proceeds from my farm and saving from my casual jobs to be able to raise the money needed. I plan to buy a cow worth KES 30000
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life over the last four months is that I have been able to plant my crops in time and applied fertilizers. I also resorted to short term horticultural products which take a shorter time to mature and give instant profits which help in meeting most of the family's basic needs.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I shall have built a new and bigger house. The current house that I am staying in is smaller and too old and I am looking forward to building a new one. I am optimistic that with the improved farming practices then I can be able to generate more income.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Right now, am leading a family that is more happy than it was four months a go. It has suddenly occurred to me that what has been making me and my family be at loggerheads is the lack of enough money to meet their needs. Although I have not yet fully taken responsibility for all my family's needs, at least I am proud that I have been able to accomplish quite a number. My family can now afford a balanced diet and this has made me so happy and proud as a parent.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional plan is to build a new house in the next four months. The house that we are staying in right now was built in the year 1978 and it is too old and becoming an embarrassment to the family. It has been particularly embarrassing whenever we have visitors and has often left us being looked down upon by relatives. I plan to do this by ensuring that I increase my savings and later selling some of my assets to help me put up the structure. I am looking forward to building and relocating my family into this new house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The last four months has seen me have more time with my family unlike before. This is as a result of the reduced casual work that I do following the commencement of the transfers. My family is more peaceful than it was four months a go. I no longer leave home so early and come home late like I used to do before. This has also given me more time to concentrate on my projects at home. I have had time to till my land and in the next few days I will be having more food for my family. This has been the biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have my house come to its full construction in the next six months. This will see me lead a more prosperous and happy family.
