What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on constructing a house for my family since the one we were living in was almost falling on us due to the fact that its very old with weak walls and a leaky roof.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My house would've fallen and we would've died inside since we had no where else to go however with the transfers i managed to construct a better house for my family so my life is different.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by coming to visit us and also asking how we utilised the money as this motivates us to also put it to good use. Also not asking for bribe in exchange for the transfers and services is good.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on constructing a descent iron roofed house for my family because the walls of the mud house we were living in had cracked and were almost falling.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Being able to secure a better house for my family is the biggest difference in my life. I always dreamt of constructing a descent house better than the mud house we were staying in but never had the finances to do it until GD came and gave us the transfers.

I spent my first transfer on buying bricks because I wanted to bulid a house since my house was linking and it might fall down anytime, however the money was not enough so am waiting for lumpsum 1.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend the transfer on building myself a better house. This one is unstable and the iron sheets are lifted off the roof whenever a strong wind and rain come.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is giving birth to my children and seeing them giving birth to my grandchildren.

The biggest hardship I have faced in life was when I was struck by lightening and I almost died.

My happiest part of the day is afternoon after having lunch because I rest well after my meal.
