What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to buy blue gum seedlings which I have already planted, I bought a bull to assist me during ploughing. The remaining amount, I spent to buy clothes and food for my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I would not have received the transfer, I would not have bought the seedling which in three years I will be able to sell and earn good income. Thank you GD for the transfer
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well in sending money directly to recipients which has improved the living standards of recipients. GiveDirectly should hold more barazas and educate people more about GD and their work.

I spent my second transfer on building a decent spacious three roomed house and now privacy is maintained making my family enjoy their stay in their new house as opposed to before the transfer when I used to stay in a small seized house.

I will add bricks and pay workman to finish up my permanent house that I built halfway but stopped due to inadequate funds.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that I have educated my son upto class eight, and also that I drilled borehole and I nolonger have water problem in my home.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is that my son is sickling due to a condition he has that forces us to hospitalize him every now and then.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I am resting after work.
