What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on renovating my house which was initially mud-walled and prone to damages whenever it rained. I also purchased a sofa set since I lacked the capability of acquiring some. During the visits by GiveDirectly staffs, I borrowed seats from the neighborhood in order to cover up the shame. I am glad I currently own nice seats that can only be compared to the rich. Lastly, I purchased an ox to help me in ploughing of my farms. I previously depended on other people's oxen which were not very reliable as they always dissapointed when I needed the service most.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on renovating my house into a semi-permanent house from a mud one and the process is still on going hence I believe I will no longer incur the expenses of smearing my mud house. I thought of carrying out a such sustainable initiative so that I will always remember GiveDirectly for sheltering me and my family.I also bought a calf that I am rearing.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first cash transfer on buying a solar panel so that I could save the money I spent on buying fuel. Now I have opened a small retail shop with the savings from fuel. The little portion of the transfer that remained I spent on paying my child's school fees.

I am planning to buy cement ,concrete stones and sand so that I can cement my house since my floor always get watery during rainy season.
