What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a larger portion of the transfer to pay fee for my son who joined form one this year. I also used the remaining amount to pay labor fee to the contractor who built my new house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is defferent in that I now own a home where I make personal decisions without consulting my in-laws as it used to be the tradition. Apart from that, My son is now in high school and hopefuly he will excel and become a pillar in our home. I'm certain that without GD support, all these could have remained a dream.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion what GD does well is that they doesn't require any registration fee. In fact if registration fee could have been a prerequisite, most of us could have been left out. Apart from that, GD live upto its promise. As at now I'm not aware of what GD doesn't do well.
