What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought 20 iron sheets at 13,600 KES, poles at 10,600 KES, nails at 2,100 KES and paid 5,000 KES for labour to have my house constructed. I also bought timber for 8,000 KES and paid 10,000 KES as labour to have my boat repaired,
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Having a bigger house that can comfortably contain me and my family with better roofing and walls has been my biggest appreciation from GD. I used to live in a very small house where we had to squeeze things in and it was very uncomfortable.

I plan to buy timber , nails and ironsheet, and build an iron rofed house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on buying materials like timber,nails,sand and cement that I will use to build a bigger house as the one I stay in is very small, I will use part of the transfer to buy three bulls that I will use in ploughing my farm as I currently use my bare hands and it is tiresome. I will use the remaining amount to pay for my dowry.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is that we have been able to plough our farm and planted crops that have helped us to take our kids to school when we have harvested them. This has included maize that we sell at the local market.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that we are dependent on our farm but at times it does not do well so it really gives us a big challenge when it comes to providing food and basic education for our children as most of the times they are sent home for school fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I wake up in the morning and prepare breakfast for my kids before they go to school. This makes me happy to know that they have had breakfast and they will be alert in class.
