What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought one mattress at 4,000KES, seven cushions at 2,400KES, one sack of maize at 3,000KES, paid 2,500KES loan, one blanket 1,200KES, paid 30,000KES school fee for my son in college, two pair of shoes for my son at 2,400KES, two pair of long trausers at 1,200KES, four shirts at 2,000KES, then used the rest on food.

I'm planning to pay school fee to my son who is joining collage this year. I'm also planning to replace my current roof with new iron sheets because it is too old and leaking.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have is lack of a steady source of income and insufficient food for my family.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to send my son to college, repair his house and my house. I also intend to buy furniture, a cow and buy school uniforms for my other children.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is having educated my son up to secondary school level and built him a house. All this I accomplished by saving money I used to earn while working in a sand quarry.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is around midday. This is because I usually have lunch and this makes me very happy.
