What did you spend your second transfer on?
I paid 30000 KES deposit for 2 acre piece of land, I spent 10000 KES on a sofa set and the remaining 10000 KES on 15 iron sheets. That is how I spent my first lumpsum transfer.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am now sleeping more comfortably on a high density mattress as opposed to before when I used to sleep on a hard mat that could make me suffer from frequent backaches.
