What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought 18 bags of cement at 13,500 KES, a lorry of sand at 7,000 KES, a lorry of gravel at 5,500 KES, paid 12,200 KES labour charge, 7,000 KES school fee for my child in high school, then used the rest for the daily upkeep of my children

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to spend the transfer to plaster our house. We also plan to spend the transfer to pay school fees for our son who is in high school. We also plan to spend the transfer to buy foodstuffs.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Our proudest achievement is that we have been able to build our own house from the little income that we get from quarrying.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I have faced in life is lack of a stable income to pay school fees for my children. Sometimes life becomes hard to the extent that we go without a meal a day.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when am weeding in my farm. I feel very happy because its a source of living to my household.
