How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has improved in that, I bought a plot of land where I will build my new home. I plan to use the house I currently live in for keeping my calves. This will reduce losses and costs like medical due to harsh weather conditions and therefore increasing the productivity levels. During rainy seasons, they always get exposed to harsh weather which makes them sick and at times lead to death.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well to give me the transfer that I used to buy a plot of land. However, so far the organisation is flawless in all its operations.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy land worth Ugx 1200000, paid my children's school fees and school requirements Ugx 200000. I also spent the remaining balance on feeding my family.
