What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second cash transfer worth UGX 1,633,000 for buying iron sheets and the balance of UGX 633,000, I am using for making bricks for building my permanent house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly has done well through proper identification of beneficiaries and sending of unconditional cash transfers. Give Directly needs to consider even those without women do long as they are independent.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life I different than if I had not received my cash transfer in that, I am now happy because I am in th process of constructing my permanent house. Before, I used to sleep in a leaky house since grass for thatching is now scarce.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my first transfer to pay debt of 500,000ugx,pay school fees for my child at 150,000ugx,bought household items (blanket,bed,bed sheets and plates) at 200,000ugx. The balance of the money I plan to construct a pit latrine,buy clothes,food and make bricks as I wait for the second transfer to build a house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the money ,I became happy because I saw myself achieve my plans.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that my family and I are happy because I can get them whatever they need and also pay school fees which i could not do before since life was hard.
