What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to lease some land that I have since grown rice. With these rice I believe my children will be able to go to school with the sales I will get from it. Most part of the money I spent on paying school for my daughter who had just joined secondary school. Were it not for the transfers, my daughter could have joined a local day school. I am glad with this money she managed to join a boarding school. The remaining I spent on food for my family consumes.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I spent around 30000 KES on livestock-a cow and 2 sheep. I have been dreaming to be a livestock farmer and therefore I considered this as a break through to my long-term dream. Besides, I spent the rest on food since we never had something for us to eat.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The major difference I can mention after receiving this transfer from Give Directly is that I have been able to re-line myself to my long-term dream of being a livestock farmer. I am now pursuing the dream and out of this, I will be able to educate my children and cater for my household needs even in the future.
