How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because of the iron roofed house being constructed which gives me hope of resting from that leaking grass thatched house. Before, my house used to worry me alot because it leaks during rainy season and it's in a state of collapse if the rains intensify.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving money that has enabled me to build an iron sheet roofed house which no one can give, not even my own child. I can't identify anything it hasn't done well in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
Mu second transfer to buy building materials such as iron sheets, timber, iron sheets, bricks, cement for the construction of a house. Food was also bought and the remaining balance is being saved within the house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I shall spend it to build iron-roofed house for better acommdation. The current house I sleep leaks a lot and whenever it rains ,we have to fold our beddings. This is so much irritating.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is evening hours. It's time I chatt with neighbours better development ideas. This encourages me a lot and relieves my mind off stress.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face currently is lack of enough money for building permanent iron-roofed house and footing out other neccessities for my family.
