What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my transfer on investing in farming, I hired tractors to prepare the land and then hired laborers to plant ant till it. I also bought school books, uniforms and paid school fee for my children for the new term. I then invested the rest in a small business which did not pick up so well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have seen a lot of difference in my life, I was able to set of some bad debts that I was owing and this has given me peace. My children are also now very smart because they now have decent clothing. I am happy that my children are all in school because they fee is fully paid.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, I think that sending the money on phone is very safe and a good idea because it minimizes theft and loss of cash. I can suggest that they can send a little more that they are sending

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to clear my loan at the bank and the remaining i spent to start rice cultivation so as to get income to feed and provide for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is the clearance of the bank loan hence preventing my properties being auctioned. The auctioning could create chaos in my family as I took this loan without my husband knowledge.

I am planning to spend my transfer on buying household items. I lack some furniture in my house, and I am planning to spend my the transfer on buying some chairs and other items as well.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is my small business of selling vegetables and fruits from a stall by the roadside. This business supplies my daily requirements.

The biggest hardship I am facing in my life is lack of capital or money to expand my business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am chopping kales which I sell at the stall.
