How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because l can now walk with head high in our village as compared to before when l was the talk of the village of not completing form four.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal in the next four month is to apply for engineering course which l am not very sure if l will manage to pay fee.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, l have manage to acquired my secondary certificate which was really stressing me because l was the talk of the day in our village, most of the people knew how l did not complete my secondary school because l did not have my certificate, give directly has embarrassed them by pay my fee.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months l expect to have joined one of the colleges l am planning to join to achieve my dream.

Currently I do not have any new goal. I will accomplish what I had planned first.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I able to pay school fees in time and study in peace, I bought a goat, I bought sand which I used in plastering my house and its in a good condition now and my life has changed especially the kind of food we eat.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I would want to pay school fees in full as this is my major problem, finish plastering my house and even to buy a cow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I have been struggling to pay school fees and most cases I always miss classes in search of fees but since Give Directly came to my life, I have been able to pay school fees in time and study in peace as my fellows.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is lack of school fees.I spent so many days at home when I was a candidate for KCSE due to lack of school fees.This negatively affected my performance and hindered me from qualifying for the University.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is normally in the morning. At this time,I feel I have a lot of energy to face my daily activities and appreciate the gift of life.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
My primary plan is to spend the transfer from GiveDirectly on paying my college fees at Bondo Technical Training Institute. Thereafter, I will improve my house by cementing it and buying furniture.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that am proudest of is my enrollment at Bondo Technical Training College.Having struggled to attain secondary school education and gotten married, I had the desire to proceed and by last year September my desire was fulfilled.
