I spent my second transfer buying two heads of cattle at 1,100,000 ugx and planning to use the balance to pay labourers who will be helping in the construction work.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What Givedirectly has done well is helping me acquire a life that I never thought I would live by giving me money to solve most of my financial needs such as clothing my family and I, owing assets like cattle, and having a permanent house. To me, I do not see any thing it has done wrong
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had never recieved the transfer, my life would still be at a very poor state. I am very grateful to Givedirectly for having given me money to also change my life stlye financially, socially and economically.
