What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent a portion of my third transfer on construction of a new house in order to vacate the rental house that I was in before. For the last nine years that we stayed in the rental house, we struggled a lot to raise its rent and in most occasions, we could fall apart with the landlord in an attempt of failure of submission of the monthly rent. My spouse being a total orphan and the only child in their family, had no one at all to turn to for any kind of assistance. We therefore learnt to live the hard way, going hungry for days without any hopes of where the next meal will come from. Surprisingly, GiveDirectly featured and came to our rescue. Other than the house, my dowry was as well settled, something that had brought much issues with my parents. I was finally relieved!! May Give Directly live to change more people's lives.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials that I want to use to construct my own house. I have been staying in a rented house that is too expensive being that my family income is too little to sustain us. Using the remaining amount,I used to buy clothing and food for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I will no longer be paying rent as I will have my own house. The money I have been using to pay rent will be channeled on something else.
