What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying one sack of maize, food, feterlizer, I also rented land for farming and I also payed school fees for my son who is in form one
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because I am now able to afford to pay school fees for my son who is still in school and I also now own cattle of my own, were it not for Give Directly I wouldn't be able to manage all that by myself

What Give directly does well is that it sends us money directly and then we get to budget by ourselves, I have not seen anything that Give Directly hasn't done well

I spent my second transfer on buying two cows and paid dowry for my wife. Paid a debt I took to buy a sack of maize and bought food for the family.I am still saving 10000 KES for my son's next year school fees.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is having paid dowry for my wife.I am happy she officially married to me after paying dowry.
I am also certain of my son joining secondary school next year without school fees problems. Thanks to GD for giving me a new meaning of life.

I spent my first transfer on buying two sheep at 5000 KES, 1000 KES on my child's medication, paid a dept of 1500 KES, bought ten tins of maize at 850 KES, three tins of rice at 340 KES, 2kgs of sugar at 240 KES and the remaining 1070 KES on vegetables and cooking oil.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the transfer to a cow to pay dowry to my parents inlaw. Secondly l would wish to open up a business to generate income to sustain my family. Finally l would like to build a new home for my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled to build my own house since l used to stay in a rental house.

My biggest hardship in life is lack of proper source of income to support my family
