What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to build a kitchen so that my children can have a place where they can spent their night. I also spent the transfer to install solar and now l no longer spend money on paraffin to light my house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life different than it would have been if I never received the transfer is that, I could not have manage to build iron-roofed house in my own home and for that reason l could still be staying at my parent's home in thatched leaky house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly thought of a good idea of using E-mpesa as away of delivering they support, because it is more secure and convenient.

The biggest difference in my life is that I was able to build a new house which is more comfortable as compared to my previous house that was licking, I also own cattle

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
When I get the transfer I plan use part of it on paying school fees for my seven children who are in primary school standard 7,6,4,3,2,1 and nursery respectively the rest I'll use to buy 35,ironsheets,building poles, nails, cement and pay labour to enable me build a decent and bigger house since I have a one roomed grass thatched house that is too small to accommodate my whole family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest moment is when I was able to buy a cow and now I can milk.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My greatest hardship is that, I live in a very small grass thatched house that leaves during rainy seasons. My income is very little too since I just sale sisal ropes for survival.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when my family and I wakes up a live and when am able to provide for them a meal to eat.
