Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to build and develop a tea seedling nursery. This will be planted in my small section of idle land and the rest will be sold and proceeds will go into my child's school fees.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Being a casual laborer, what I make on a successful day is barely enough to meet our daily needs leave alone paying my child's school fees. The transfers from GiveDirectly really came in handy in payment of these school fees. The biggest difference in my daily life, therefore, is that I am glad that my child's education has been with little interruptions because I was able to pay her fees on time and she was not sent home for unpaid fees. The transfers also boosted me in meeting our daily needs such as food.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the near future is to ensure that my children are successful in their school and daily endeavors. Mine as a parent is to ensure that I pay the school fees on time and meet all their requirements. I l also expect to put a tea nursery that would help me plant an idle piece of land and the extra seedlings sold for an income. I want to be in a position where I do not have to overwork for me to earn and where.
