What did you spend your second transfer on?
Smearing had become a big problem due to old age so when I received my second transfer, I used the large percentage of the amount on plastering my house, paid fees for my child who was out of school for one week due to the arrears and bought food for the family comsumption. I also bought bed with a mattress and seats because I previously had one in the house hence sitting on the floor whenever I had visitor which was the only option that I had.
