What did you spend your third transfer on?
I didn't have a latrine and I could use my neighbors latrine so when I received my third transfer I used part of it to construct both pit latrine and a bathroom. My children too didn't have a sleeping space and they used to sleep in my in-laws' house, but this was so inconveniencing and risky too walking at night so I built them a two room house where they are currently sleeping.
