What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used the second transfer to pay school fee for my son who is in secondary school. He had a huge fee balance, so I took advantage of the money to clear the fee thus allowing him to get time for his studies.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well in uplifting the living standards of the needy by letting them decide on what to do with the cash they give to the needy.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from the way it would have been if I never received the money in that if it was not for GiveDirectly my son would have dropped out of school. This is because I cleared the fee balance he owed the school allowing him to continue with his studies.
