Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal in the next four months is to start a business. Currently, I do not have a stable source of income and I strain a lot to meet the needs of my family. I would not want to continue with the same struggle after the transfers.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
In the past, before the transfers, I used to struggle to raise money to pay school fees for my children in school. They would be sent home on a monthly basis because I could not manage to pay their arrears in time. Sometimes they would be sent home and stay home for a week as I look for the money. Ever since I started receiving these transfers, I have been paying their fees on a monthly basis. Right now, I have managed to clear their arrears. Since last year, they have never been sent home again for fees arrears again. Thanks to GD.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I plan to spend on my transfer on buying building materials such as iron sheets, nails and timber which I will use to expand my house. The one I have is not big enough to accommodate us all. My children have had to go to my neighbour's house to find a sleeping space. I would not want to continue with the same shame but expand my house to accommodate my family. I would not want to risk their lives anymore.

My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in that I now have no difficulty when it comes to fee payment. I have been using my transfers form Give Directly majorly on paying my daughters' s fee. They are no longer sent home for fees and this gives me a lot of o peace in my life. I am now able to buy food without straining because The little I get from casual work I can now use on buying food, my life is now a bit better than it was before I had not started receiving money from Give Directly.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new or additional goal is to start a tomatoes business. This will act as an additional source of income hence it will help me in supporting my family financially. I have started saving towards the project because when our transfer comes to an end I would have something to lean on but not to start begging from my neighbor or doing odd jobs. I would want my life to grow.

I have been using my transfers on paying school fees for my two daughters in Secondary School. I wish to say a big thank you to Give Directly because I now have hope my children will finish school. I have less stress when it comes to school fees payment. Since I started receiving transfers I am also able to buy them school uniform, they are smartly dressed unlike before they use to go to school with uniforms that are old. Thus the biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I am in a position to pay school fees for my school-going children with no difficulty.
