How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Yes, I first thought of buying goods to do my business as I received my transfer stage by stage. But now, I have planned to wait and collect all of my money before starting a new business at once. I will only use a little portions of it on food and provisions for my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
All of the work GiveDirectly has done are good. Giving people money that they didn't work for is a blessing. Many thanks to GiveDirectly for helping us with this money at this crucial time.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Although I have not spent all of my money yet but I have started saving about 90% of the amount I have received and waiting on the balance transfer to start up a new business. I hoping to buy goods in huge quantity in order to get more profits. I bought food and provisions for our upkeep.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was harvesting rice on my farm that early Thursday morning when I got the news from my friend concerning the money arrival. Oh my God! It was a memorable day for me! I began dancing and singing from my farm straight in the town. It was a day of happiness for everyone. I met my neighbors dancing as well and we all celebrated together. My husband returned from his farm and I shared the good news with him; he was very excited.
