Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Before this cash transfer, I never farmed I would only look for labour from other community members inorder to get food for my family. Nevertheless, upon getting the unconditional cash transfer, I rented farm and planted g-nuts which I intend to sell and set up my own home since I am still staying with my parents
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money, I felt very happy because I was going to rent farm land and household goods.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my first transfer on renting farm land worth UGX 100,000, bought seedlings worth UGX 105000, paid labour worth UGX 60,000, bought household goods ( a bed and mattress) worth UGX 200,000, paid off debts worth UGX 550,000, bought four hens worth UGX 56000, transport worth UGX 34000. The recipient could not remember all items bought but has a balance of UGX 150,000 which she plans to spend on wedding her crops.

Receiving this money means investing in buying a plot of land for my children.This will facilitate future investments for them.

My biggest hardship is lack of enough money to invest in buying a plot of land for my children.This has frustrated my plans for them.
