How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to build a new house for my family and I to have a better life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well for me i never had a better life before ,but since GiveDirectly came in my life I'm able to improve my living conditions for my family and i,so I'm forever grateful . Right now I'm able to build my own house Before i was living in a pop coal house but now GiveDirectly give me the opportunity to build a better home. Let God richly bless the give directly family.

I spent my most recent transfer on sawing planks and zinc and others building materials. I also pay my children school fees, some in fish town,and Maryland .

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goals, because I already had a goal before receiving the transfer from GiveDirectly, so when I received the money, I decided to buy one bundle of zinc, I also though on paying someone to saw seventy five pieces of plank for my new house, and to pay my children school fees as well.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly can help people with finance, for them to be able to live good life, and they can also make people to decide for themselves when it comes to spending the money. GiveDirectly does not take anything from people.

When I withdraw my money from my mobile account, I bought one bundle of zinc, I paid someone to saw seventy five pieces of plank for my new house, then I used the balance money to pay my children school fees.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so excited receiving the money. Because I didn't suffer for it . Also I had always dreamed of building my own house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I am the town Chief of Sherriken and living in my late father's house. I have other brothers even though they are not here. But it has always been a serious challenge for me about not living in my own home. But I couldn't afford to erect my own building. So, since I received the first transfer from Give Directly, it has brought lots of relief to me. Because I have commence the building of my own house. I know that upon completion I will be fully respected by my wife, kids, friends and citizens of this town. I am so grateful to Give Directly.
