Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal is to use the next transfers to build a kitchen. I have a small one that doubles up as a cooking place a bedroom for my children. I will buy building materials to put them up.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is in farming that I am able to feed my family without having to do menial jobs. I use part of the money to buy foodstuffs. The best part is that the maize that we currently have is that I planted using the money several months ago. I have a good harvest in the store that will take me for about 5 months to come. I am so happy to be able to do this without doing menial jobs.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will be having livestock to keep. I intend to buy sheep and chicken so that I grow them. When they multiply, I will have enhanced my capacity to provide for my family especially from the sale of eggs. I hope that I will have this established by the end of the next months. I expect this income-earning to help in meeting my daily needs.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
There is really a big difference in my current life compared to the past life. I am currently able to settle all of my bills with less difficulty unlike in the past where I was struggling alot. I used to borrow elsewhere to settle another debt. I am gratefull that currently I don't have any debt pending and every item useful in the household is available.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
After deep venture into agriculture, I currently have a new plan to construct a new house. We had been living in a small house together with my family members and after an agreement with my wife, we have decided to construct another house. I already have six iron sheets and planning to buy more as we go along so that I can construct a descent house in the near future.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four montns is the improved agricultural production. Initially I was operating on a small piece of land where I was intercropping maize and beans but currently I have been able to lease some pieces of land where I plant each crop. I have managed to plant beans and maize in my half an acre piece of land which are currently doing so well.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months I expect to have completed the construction of the house and also done with the fencing of my compound to ease the grazing process of my livestock.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was in four months ago in that I no longer buy food because I do farming on time and I'm able to have a good harvest and sometimes sell the supplies to meet other basic needs for the family.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new additional goal for the next four months is to buy building materials and build a better house for the family because the current one we are living in is small and cannot accommodate all my family comfortably.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I used to do farming in a small piece of land due to the fact that I did not have money to buy seeds and even to pay workers but after I started to get the money from Give directly I'm able to pay workers and even buy seeds. My family have enough food to eat now because of the good harvest we had last season. I'm so grateful for the support.

In the next six months I expect to have completed the house that I'm planning to build.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have ever faced in my life is feeding my family when there was a drastic change in maize production in our farm. A maize disease had really affected our maize which in turn led to spending all the accumulated profit I had from the timber selling business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during evening hours when I am relaxed and having nothing much to think of.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
The first thing I am planning to do once I receive the transfer is to ensure that I buy my own cow and take back the ones I am currently keeping to the owners. Secondly, I have a plan to start a poultry farming.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is the saw milling and timber selling business I previously had. It was really a good business to me only that I later used all the profit I had accumulated to buy food for my family.
