What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We are planning to start a small business, the business will involve buying sardines in bulk from Lake Victoria and selling them to the surrounding villages. We also plan to buy materials that will be used to our house.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The proudest achievement that I can think of is having bought chairs and a bed for my house. I am proud of this because I bought the items after toiling in the sun, while making sisal and after selling the sisal, I was able to get enough money for the items.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face currently is lack of sustainable income, thus I am unable to adequately cater for my family's basic needs and part school fees for them.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is in the evening, this is because I get to spend time with my children and as we eat and we are able to thank the Lord for taking care of us.
