How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has is now better because I renovated my house. Previously, I slept in a dusty house with a lot of rats that made my life a nightmare. These rats destroyed my household items and even feasted on my feet at night. I totally had no where to run for help but thanks be to God for the GiveDirectly unconditional cash transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well in that they gave me unconditional cash transfers that I used to renovate my house. And there is nothing bad I have observed them do in my community.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have used my second transfer to buy cement and sand for cementing the floor of my house and plastering its walls. In addition, I paid the builders, bought a radio and groundnut seeds.
