What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 35000 KES on treatment, bought a cow with 15500 KES. I added with some of my savings.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
I have goal of buying a piece of land for farming and paying school fees for my daughter who will be joining high school next year.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I had medical complications that could have maybe be killed me but I am happy I got further treatments with the transfers. I am now healed, I keep cattle and live in a better house than before.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
l spend 25000 kshs to buy 2 cows, l also spend this money to build for my son a house so l bought 14 iron-sheet at 8000 kshs , nails at 1800 kshs, poles at 1800 kshs, l also pay labor of 1000 kshs, l was also very sick so l use 6000 kshs for medication the remaining balance l use to buy food- stuffs.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
l am eating well and my son also has a place to spent his night.

I spent 5000KES to sink a pit latrine, and paid 5,000KES school fees for my child in secondary school.

I plan to pay school fees for my child, and buy 2 oxen for ploughing my piece of land.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to pay school fees arrears for my child who finished secondary school last year, buy two cows, build a toilet and an external kitchen. I will also use part of the transfers to pay school fees for my daughter who is supposed to join secondary school this year.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement are having educated my child up to university level but unfortunately he died, I have also educated my other son up to college and he recently graduated. I managed all this through my efforts in farming.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face currently is that I have a son who is epileptic and another one who has mental problems yet I have very little resources, this means they cannot get the best medical attention.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is around midday, this is because I am able to relax after working in the farm and eat lunch.
