What did you spend your second transfer on?
I am planning to spend my second transfer 1,000,000 ugx on paying up school fees for my children and the balance 600,000 ugx is waiting for the rain season to hire land for cultivation such that I can feed and sustain my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has done well by changing people's life stlyes like people moving from grass thatched houses to iron roofed houses, taken back children to school for those who had dropped due to lack of money and the people's livelihood has improved.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had not recieved the transfer, I would not be in position to move from the grass thatched house to the iron roofed house, a big achievement in my life.
