What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying building materials and putting up a new house since my previous one was grassthatched and leaking during rainy season.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference in my life is that I now have a descent house and a motocycle which generate income for my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well by giving cash straight to recipient's sim which provides privacy and security to indivuals. However, GiveDirectly is not doing well by giving some people phones and later they don't send them cash.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my cash transfer on buying a second hand motorcycle to enable me earn a daily income. I also spent 15,000 KES on farming and by bad luck a storm came and destroyed all my crops.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have a motorcycle that brings me a daily income. I'm now independent and can fend for my family without much straining.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to build a lron roofed house because my house is leaking. Secondly l would wish to expand on farming to increase productivity. Finally l would like to use the rest of the money to buy household items.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l struggled to go to college but due to lack of money l had to drop out of college.

My biggest hardship in life is lack of proper source of income to sustain my family.

My happiest part of the day is in the morning when working in my farm.
