What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to plaster my house and paid tuition fees for my sister's son.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well giving people money, more over, the very amount promised, making them the most reliable organization I have seen.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been because i sleep in a reasonable house now, able to take my children to school in time, and able to support my life with a small vegetable business i started.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy iron sheets at 230,000 UGX and I rennovated my house. Then I also bought timber at 80,000 UGX, and I bought household items, and I also paid my children's school fees.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
That moment when I received the money was the happiest moment in my life. I have never been more than happier before.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Before I was staying in a dilapidated house which was about to collapse anytime. But right now I have strong house and I eat good food and this is all as result of the cash transfer from GD.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i am facing is lack of money. As such I can not open up a business that could help me run the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
First i am always happy because I am at my home. Secondly, eating with my children and charting stories with them even makes it better for me because I see them happy.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means i will be able to build a house where i can srart up a general machandise shop.
