What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent a portion of my third transfer on enrolling my son to a driving course. The son had been idling for the last 4 years since I could not afford to raise any more money for his education. Being a widow, all I could afford was a single in a day for the family, meaning that their education ended at that moment when they lost their father. In addition to the boy's fee, I paid part of my daughter's fee who was still in secondary school. I must attest that these transfers brought me a great change in life that I never expected. I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the organisation for this far it has brought me.

My former house was really dented and this could pour on us rain water and therefore when I received my second transfer I bought new iron sheets. I have replaced the old roof with the new one and we can now live more comfortably-we are no longer being rained on. Besides, I constructed a kitchen; my children has a place to sleep at and we have a kitchen to cook at-Life has become easier.

The major difference I can mention in my daily life after receiving transfers from Give Directly is that I am no longer being rained, we live a healthier life-with low cases of malaria outbreak.
