What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my first lumpsum transfer, I spent 38000 KES on 2 oxen, I spent 500 KES on a york, 10000 KES on an oxen plough and I transported them with 1500 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am now having all that is required to facilitate the local farm operations: I can now plow for people to earn a living and therefore GD has created for me a job. Again my yield have improved since I can now prepare my farms in time and plow in time and therefore we are now food secure, the biggest difference in our daily lives.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use my funds to set up a shoe selling business in order to increase my income, invest in farming by acquiring two bulls and an ox plough and expand my house because it's small.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that through casual work, I managed to educate my brother who is currently employed as a guard in the bank.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face in life is that my wife is mostly away from home and so I find myself struggling with household chores which are meant for women.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am at work where I earn a living.
