How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if i never received the transfer in a way that i am now happy, people consult me on how i got the transfer and this makes me feel proud , i sleep in my own house something which i only used to dream about. Generally i am very happy with my children
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give directly does well in helping us out of extreme poverty by giving us money, phones , fulfilling their promises to us. There is nothing that GD does not do well

i spent my second transfer on buying iron sheets at 250,000 shillings, i bought cement at 78,000 shilling, i bought sand 120,000 shillings i bought 4 jericans at 16,000 shillings , labour at 100 000 shillings i still have 400,000 shillings i bought scholastic materials for my children at 300,000 shillings, i bought a hand bag at 70,000 shillings, i bought clothes at 50,000, i bought a thermo flask at 25,000, i spent the rest on treatment

Receiving this money means that I am going to be able to construct a house for my children such that if I die, my children will have a place to call home.

The happiest part of my day is afternoon when I interact with my friends and forget all my problems and stress.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is losing my children to unkown circumstances. This has left me really sad and wondering what could be wrong with me.
