What did you spend your third transfer on?
I am planning to construct a semi-permanent house of 25 iron sheets and therefore all materials including iron sheets are in place just waiting for the date and time so that we may move to our new land and construct a home. Currently, we live in a rental house and we are hopeful that very soon, it will come to an end-we will not be spending on rent anymore.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that currently, I feel more rejuvenated. I live with a lot of hopes knowing that the era of paying rent shall cease very soon in my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
If sending this money would have been delegated to a second party, I am afraid we would have missed it and therefore Give Directly does well by sending us money itself, however, it could consider adding more money since 1000 Us dollar couldn't enable us complete all the projects we had started though we have met a number of them.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used 26000 KES from my second transfer to buy iron sheets and poles which I will use to construct my new house because I currently live in a small house. I then used 17000 KES to buy a sofa set because I had no seats in my house; then used the balance on buying dry maize since our food reserves were depleted.
