I used my second transfer to buy materials and built a big kitchen; i bought 17 bags of cement 11050 KES, poles 18150 KES, transport charges 2000 KES, dug a pit latrine 8000 KES, sought treatment 2000 KES and paid debt 10000 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that i have a pit latrine, i do not have to go to the bush.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on buying wire mesh and poles using the first transfer so that I can fence my compound, I will spend part of the transfer on building a kitchen and a toilet. The final transfer I will spend on paying school fees for my child who is in secondary school and part of it I will use it to buy two cows that I can keep on my farm.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that I have been able to take care of my children and take them to school even though I am a widow.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that I am getting old and I still have a child in school who depends on me for school fees and this is a challenge for me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I wake up in the morning and sweep my house. This make me happy as my home is clean.
