What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 13,000 KES of my third transfer on seats since we used to only have one chair, bought a bed and a mattress for 10,000 KES since my husband and I used to sleep on the floor at night as we did not have these facilities. I also bought 2 bags of dry corn for family consumption as we did not harvest last season due to army worms that ate up our crop and the rest on assorted food items.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on purchasing home furniture, that was a table, a bed and a cupboard, which were the things I lacked most in the house. Previously, I spent my nights on a mat on the floor because I could not afford a bed. Other than the furniture, I also purchased clothing for my children who initially dressed in very torn and worn out clothes.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
