What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying building materials such as 24 pieces of iron sheets, steel door and three steel windows since I am planning to build a spacious decent three roomed house since at the moment I am staying in my late co- wife's house . I also bought a mattress
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have bought the necessary building materials which I couldn't afford before due to my little pay and purchasing power as well hence I am hopeful and most certain of achieving this long -term goal of having a decent spacious house that will fit my family members comfortably since at the moment I am staying in my late co-wife's house and this situation makes me have low- esteem at times . I believe that having my own house will enhance my sense of belonging and I will forever be grateful to GiveDirectly.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on purchasing foodstuff for my family. Following the poor harvest that we experienced in the last season, food became a very scarce resource and several suffered from hunger, my family being a victim too. I and my spouse therefore decided to settle on food stuff before any other thing.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy when I received my transfer!! The money arrived at the right time when we had gone for almost three days without food as it was in deed a dry season. I was happy that I would get enough food to compensate for the days we missed food.
