What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of the transfer to enlarge my house because the one I had was too small. I bought some chairs worth 15,000 KES to suplement the few I had. I also bought grains for family consumption.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I've enlarged my farming activities. I used to till a small parcel of land due to financial constraint but due to this support, I managed to till a big land and hopefuly I'll get adequate produce.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has absolutely improved the lives of the poor in my community. Having said that, I wish to inform you that GD have aught to issue this money interms of loan. My reason behind this is that people became too reluctant and only enjoy the money.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay bride price for my wife since I had never done this before, I also bought new sofa seats for my sitting room to replace the old ones that I had that were now very uncomfortable to sit on, I also fixed a steel door on my house for security reasons and then bought school uniforms for my children to replace the old torn ones that they had.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that after I had used the first transfer to buy fertilizers and pesticides my rice farming has been doing so well and I am sure of a good harvest which will improve my income.
