What did you spend your second transfer on?
I settled my debt of 13500 KES, I paid mortuary bills for my late son with 10000 KES then I bought building materials as follows: a heap of ballast at 4000 KES, a lorry of murram at 2300 KES, 3 steel windows at 9000 KES and I used the remaining 11200 KES for burial arrangements of my late son and that is how I spent my first lumpsum transfer.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I managed to reinforce my main house with steel doors and windows which has improved my security and that of my family-we are now secure as opposed to before the biggest difference in my daily life.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the entire transfer on my son's medical expenses, because he had been sick when I received the money.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I plan to buy cement and sand, and cement the walls and floor of my house. I had built it but had not finished. I also plan to buy and fix windows on the house. I also hope to buy cattle for keeping.

I plan to renovate my house, buy household items like furniture and beddings. The rest I will save for school fees.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement am proudest of is this house which I recently built. I sold the two cows i had and farm produce which I harvested last season, to buy mabati and pay the construction guys.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing now is lack of a sustainable income source. I am HIV positive, my immune is weak hence I can't do hard labour. That limits my income sources.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I do house chores.
