I spent my second transfer on constructing a pit latrine something that even the neighbors could not allow to share. I also constructed a house to replace the old small one that I had before.

I spent my first cash transfer on buying a mattress 1,600 KES, bought clothes for my children 2,000 KES, 17 tins of maize 1,050 KES, shoes 1,200 KES, bought my wife a dress 1,500 KES, school bags 750 KES, funeral contribution 500 KES and the remaining 1,300 KES I bought food.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to buy building materials like iron sheets, nails,timber and pay for labour for my house to be constructed.I plan to do this because my house is too small to fit my big family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The proudest achievement is that I have worked hard in my farm and that has enabled me to enlarge by planting many avocado trees that would help me get more money in future.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest challenge is that I do not have a stable income.

My happiest part of the day is in the morning when I am working in farm,because this is where our food comes from.
