The biggest difference in my life is I have managed to acquire items I lacked previously. For example I now have household items especially beddings, Utensil and a bull. I thank GiveDirectly for empowering and transforming my well being this is because I wasn't able to achieve what I have now in short time.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was extremely happy to receive this money because I thought I was not going to benefit since I was among the last people from the village to benefit.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought household items likes mattress, bed, utensils and clothes. I paid rent of a house which I live in because rent had accumulated for many months. The remaining money I bought a bull for ploughing.

The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon at around 2pm because its usually the time I am done with school work. Its the time I have to deliberate on some issues with my husband and children.
