What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing a sofa set to furnish my newly built house and make it luxurious and more attractive. Besides that, I paid school fees for my grandchild who has just joined form one and could not be left in the hands of his parents a lone because they too were poor and could not afford taking their son to school.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed with the transfers received from GiveDirectly. I no longer suffer from hunger as I did before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, I have loved the work done by GiveDirectly in my village for it has managed to consider all including the most vulnerable. In my entire life, this is the first organisation that has offered me support. All those which had worked in my area, were so corrupt to an extend that they only considered those people who could bribe their officials.
