What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on completing constructing my house which I had started building with the second transfer by fixing a steel door with four steel windows and smeared it too .Now I am happy since I have spacious decent house which I have dreamt of in my whole life . I also bought a sofa set seat and a table .
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I have managed to build a spacious decent house which I have been longing for in a long time and this house has brought about joy and togetherness in my family since all my family members can fit in it and share meals as one.

In my opinion,GiveDirectly did well by giving unconditional cash transfer to the poor in my community, this has brought economical growth and alleviated poverty to a greater extent.

I spent my second transfer on building a decent spacious three roomed house and I feel comfortable in it since the house has enough space for my family and I to use and it makes the house to be more enjoyable, as opposed to before when I was staying in a small leaky house.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy one sheep that cost me 3000 KES. I paid 5000 KES school fee for my daughter in secondary since she was sent out of school for lack of fee. I am so happy because she could have never sat her final paper.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I f get the upcoming transfer i will use it to take my other daughter to college to continue with her education that had stalled. I will also construct a more spacious house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
The first thing I would like to do with the part of the transfer is to build a bigger house because this current one is smaller. Secondly, I would like to use part of the transfer to pay fees for my daughter who finished class eight to undertake Early Childhood Development course and also to pay school levies for my three children in primary school. Lastly, I intend to use the remaining amount to lease a piece of land along the Nyando River where I plan to grow vegetables like kales and cowpeas.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am very proud of is buying a cow using savings from my small business of selling mandazis.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing is lack of money to build a bigger house because this one has become too small to accommodate all of us.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I am back home from my activities and I relax with my children.
