What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of the transfer to buy a cow. I spent a portion of the transfer to buy and fix metallic door and windows because the door I had was wooden and was in a sorry state. Purchased chairs with a portion of the remaining transfer while the rest I spent on family foodstuffs.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is difference in that my son who was living in frustration because he didn't have a house now own an iron roofed house which I built him using the second transfer and this attract a lot of happiness in my entire family. Apart from that, I now own a cow which I believe with my determination and good care, will form heard of animals in the near future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GD does well is that it has brought a lot of positive development in my community mostly to the very poor. At the moment, I'm not certain of what GD doesn't do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay school fees for my son in secondary school to make him consistently stay in school and not interfere with his learning. I also constructed a house for my son who had no place to sleep as he sort refuge in a neighbour's house. I then paid fee for my son attending driving school to enable get a job as a driver.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that I managed to take my son to secondary school and therefore bot interfere with his learning.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying an M-kopa television screen at 3,000 KES,paid 4,000 KES on school fees and used the remaining money on food.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to use my upcoming transfer to take 2 of my children to vocational schools to pursue their studies.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to pay college fees for my son who did forth form and has not been able to join college due to lack of money . Secondly l would wish to clear school fees balance for my son inoder to get his certificate which was detained in school. Lastly I would like to use the rest of the money to take my other son driving school so that he can be independent.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievements are that l have managed to build my own house. Secondly l would have also managed to take my son to school.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship in life is the burden of taking care of a large family plus the total orphans.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when I am able to get some casual jobs knowing that I will get money to take care of my children.
