Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest differences in my daily life are I have paid school fees for my two children who are in high school with alot of ease hence they have not been sent home frequently due to school fees arrears as they used to .I have also expanded my tomatoes vending business by hiring a farm and instead of buying stocks for other vendors I harvest from the farm I hired hence keeping the profits to my self thus I am now certain of doubling my income. Thanks to GiveDirectly.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on purchasing a mattress because the previous one was old and paid school fees for my child who is in high school. I also used part of the money to boost my business and spent most of it on purchasing food for the family consumption.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer I was overwhelmed with joy and thanked the Lord because I was previouly left out of the first group that had received the money but this time round I was among the lucky ones.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship was when I was chased away from a home that I used to work as a caretaker leaving me and my family with nowhere to go until a 'Good Samaritan' came to our rescue and helped us secure a place to leave.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of my day is in the evening when l am back home from my small business at the market, having a rest.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am so happy about receiving the money because I live in a rented house simply because I do not have a piece of land to build my own, receiving the cash will enable me purchase a piece of land and build a house for my family.
