What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I renovated my main house; plastered it and fitted it with a steel door and steel windows. The rest has been facilitating me in buying food.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Since I started receiving transfers from Give Directly, I have noticed several differences in my daily life and the biggest one is extending my main house. The former one was too tiny, squeezed and overcrowded to offer us comfort we needed in life. It is my greatest happiness that as we speak, I live in a bigger house, properly plastered and conducive to live in.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
My current house has been infested by termite which has made it weak and this has raised a security concern to us and therefore when I received my first transfer, I spent 3000 KES on 5 iron sheets that I will soon be using for the construction of a stronger house and spent the rest on food since we never had something to eat too and this was also a health concern; the health of my household members had started deteriorating but I thank God, as we speak, I can talk of an improvement in their health-they look stronger.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I received my money when I never knew what my household members would eat that night. I was psychological perturbed and so when I saw the message, I suddenly felt decompressed! My household members would get something to eat.
